Compensation: Total package up to $200,536 per year; base hourly rate $59.14 – $86.97

What you will do

• Perform clinical laboratory assays to provide critical data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Conduct quality control studies to ensure the absolute accuracy of clinical data.
• Verify and calibrate specific laboratory instruments and maintain detailed documentation.
• Contribute to R&D to CLIA tech transfer, including troubleshooting, training, and validations.

Requirements

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (ASCP, CGMBS, or generalist).
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
• 1-2 years of CLS experience in a clinical setting.
• Hands-on experience with manual molecular biology protocols, specifically DNA extraction and PCR.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, Excel, basic statistics, and LIMS systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Union City, CA.
