What you will do
- Lead the Security Operations team in vulnerability management and continuous monitoring.
- Oversee vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation coordination across infrastructure and product teams.
- Maintain FedRAMP continuous monitoring activities and support PCI DSS compliance.
- Coordinate STIG/CIS benchmark validation and remediation efforts.
- Support internal and external audits including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Communicate operational risk and compliance status to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership or team lead experience in cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or compliance operations.
- Experience supporting security programs in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning platforms like Rapid7, Tenable, or Qualys.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as FedRAMP, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, and CIS benchmarks.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
