What you will do

• Monitor Megapack fleet health and performance in real-time, tracking availability, energy throughput, and state of health.
• Manage Tesla service tickets and serve as the primary onsite liaison for Tesla Field Service technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and oversee all preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and corrective repairs performed by Tesla.
• Own maintenance for Megapack transformers and lead the design and placement of O&M infrastructure.
• Analyze performance data to identify degradation patterns and collaborate with internal teams on optimization.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in OEM field service coordination and vendor management in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with maintenance planning and regulatory compliance for high-voltage energy infrastructure.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in an industrial/data center environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and provide on-call support for urgent operational issues.
• Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds and work at heights during site inspections.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Tesla Megapack deployment, operations, and service processes.
• Background in data center power infrastructure or hyperscale energy management.
• Familiarity with transformer maintenance and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Data analysis skills using Python, SQL, or similar tools for performance trending.
