What you will do

• Perform cash application activities, including posting incoming payments and resolving discrepancies in ERP systems.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues such as short payments, unapplied cash, and deductions.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues with cash applications and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records in the ERP system.
• Support month-end closing activities related to cash management and cash application.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures within an SSC environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or similar roles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• English: Upper-intermediate or Advanced level (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
• Familiarity with Mexican and international bank portals, including knowledge of transfers, tax payments, and social security.
