What you will do

  • Lead and be accountable for end-to-end proposal strategy and execution, including color reviews (Blue, Pink, Red, Gold).
  • Manage bid operations, develop RFIs and RFPs, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Interview subject matter experts to create compelling, compliant technical content for government evaluators.
  • Develop schedules, outlines, writing templates, and compliance matrices for the proposal team.
  • Introduce innovations such as AI tools, content libraries, and automation to the proposal process.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Business Development teams on capture planning and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing and writing proposals for a Federal IT company.
  • Experience managing complex strategic efforts worth $100M or more.
  • APMP or equivalent training and certifications.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, and Google suite.
  • Ability to manage remote cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be based in the US (implied by Federal IT and benefits).
