TL;DR

AI Systems & Automation Architect (AI/SaaS): Designing and implementing AI-powered agents and complex ClickUp workflows to automate internal agency operations with an accent on scalability and system architecture. Focus on transforming internal processes into a scalable SaaS product and integrating diverse AI tools via APIs.

Location: Fully Remote. Preferred locations: Latin America or South Africa. Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT.

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

A specialized digital marketing agency focused on supporting mental health professionals, currently transitioning into an AI-powered product-driven business.

What you will do

  • Design and build AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage complex ClickUp systems, including dashboards, automations, templates, and workflows.
  • Architect scalable project management infrastructures tailored to agency operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and build a SaaS product from internal systems.
  • Integrate various tools and platforms using APIs, Zapier, Make, and GPT-based systems.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce manual work and document frameworks for internal scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or related technical roles.
  • Advanced expertise in ClickUp, specifically building complex workflows and system architecture.
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, and agent-based systems.
  • Ability to take abstract ideas from concept to execution with minimal guidance.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest or experience in building SaaS products.
  • Ability to use rapid prototyping and "vibe coding" approaches to iterate product ideas quickly.
