What you will do

• Supervise the fabrication, installation, and calibration of testing apparatus and control equipment.
• Generate qualification test plans (QTPs), reports (QTRs), and acceptance test procedures (ATPs).
• Analyze and interpret test data to provide actionable reports for management and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering personnel to troubleshoot product malfunctions and equipment issues.
• Lead efforts to improve test efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Train technicians on product testing procedures and manage sub-contracted testing workflows.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months experience in testing and mechanical inspection.
• Proficiency in using basic mechanical measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR).
