What you will do

• Diagnose software issues across tracking and replay solutions.
• Gather data on complex bugs for Product teams and test incoming fixes.
• Partner with Live Operations to ensure total system readiness.
• Configure the SMART Replay system, troubleshoot broadcast feeds, and verify image quality for 32 Hawk-Eye cameras.
• Monitor systems, cross-support Atlanta, and resolve critical technical issues in real time.
• Document fixes and train Live Operations and Implementation teams.

Requirements

• A technical grounding and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekday evenings and weekends for games in line with game schedules.
• Live within a commutable distance of the NFL Headquarters in Midtown Manhattan

• Experience, background or degree in a technical-related course such as computing, computer science, engineering, mathematics, science or technology.
