Salary: $29/hr – $35/hr

What you will do

• Execute analytical testing for routine production, R&D, and method development.
• Coordinate daily testing priorities with internal stakeholders and management.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment.
• Document test results and communicate unexpected findings to relevant teams.
• Improve laboratory operating standards, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience in a research or manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting analytical instruments such as LDPSA, BET, XRF, and ICP-MS.
• Ability to perform precise, repetitive handling of materials and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as production scales.
