Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

What you will do

• Independently manage the product life cycle of the Resi Studio interface, from ideation and planning through to delivery and enhancement.
• Conduct proactive discovery with customers to optimize volunteer-driven workflows and evaluate requirements for expansion into corporate and non-profit markets.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, UI/UX, and QA to define technical requirements for A/V streaming, cloud media processing, and AI video clipping.
• Analyze product, support, and sales metrics to identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Execute comprehensive product launches and partner with Product Marketing to build distinct value propositions.
• Act as a bridge between engineering domains and customer-facing teams to drive process improvements and clear prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Allen, TX.
• 3+ years of mandatory experience in audio/video streaming, web broadcasting, media compression standards (H.264, HEVC, AV1), or video SaaS.
• 3-5 years of software product management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS platforms or content management systems (CMS).
• Proven ability to independently transform ambiguous technical constraints into actionable requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for leading customer discussions and championing product initiatives internally.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.
