What you will do

• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop hooks, storytelling, and pacing strategies to maximize short-form content engagement.
• Create title and thumbnail concepts for video pre-packaging.
• Leverage AI tools to generate concepts, new hooks, and b-roll from scratch.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize ad performance based on measurable results.
• Occasionally record a-roll and b-roll UGC-style content.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in professional video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Proven track record of success editing short-form content for growing accounts.
• Based in LATAM and available to work 9am - 5pm MST.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, or Claude.
