What you will do

• Co-develop custom fraud detection models with client teams using proprietary fraud detection methodologies.
• Conduct investigative analytics to identify new fraud trends and emerging risk patterns across portfolios.
• Design and implement scalable proof-of-value processes, including standardized templates and automation.
• Build self-serve tools and onboarding resources to accelerate time-to-value for down-market clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists in a collaborative environment.
• Partner with product teams to shape the analytics consulting strategy for market expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or similar.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and the full modeling lifecycle (fraud or credit analytics preferred).
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, including PySpark, Polars, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud platforms, specifically Spark and AWS.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role.
