What you will do

• Design and maintain SharePoint Online information architecture, including folder taxonomy and metadata schemas.
• Define and validate governance standards for content organization and document management.
• Design Power Automate workflows for governance reporting, operational visibility, and notification processes.
• Conduct training sessions for business and marketing users on SharePoint governance and platform best practices.
• Create and maintain Content Governance Guides and Information Architecture Design Documents.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for SharePoint architecture and governance decisions within the engagement.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint information architecture, governance, and taxonomy structures.
• Proven experience designing Power Automate workflows.
• Professional English communication skills (written and conversational).
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 tenant administration experience.
• Basic Azure AD or Entra ID knowledge.
• Experience using PnP PowerShell or CLI tools for bulk operations.
• Experience with Seismic or SAP BTP portal integrations.
• Microsoft 365 platform certifications (e.g., Teams Administrator Associate).
