What you will do

• Manage the technical relationship with large enterprise customers to drive platform adoption and value realization.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process and proactively drive consumption across accounts.
• Lead personalized training sessions and create technical resources including documentation and videos.
• Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to specific customer outcomes and milestones.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate technical benefits and identify expansion opportunities.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to mitigate churn risks and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a technical success or computer science-related occupation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
