Location: Must be based in Baton Rouge, LA (Hybrid - 3 days per week)

Salary: $65/hr (approx. $10,400/month)

What you will do

• Partner with Data Science Managers to evaluate and organize incoming business requests.
• Translate complex requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards to track velocity, delivery metrics, and backlog health.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across Engineering, Data Science, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Baton Rouge, LA 3 days per week.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning concepts, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience in cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Data Science or Analytics teams.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and AI product delivery frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies.
