What you will do

• Lead the full solutioning process for medium-sized deals, defining technical approaches, team composition, and cost models.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including tracking scope, schedule, and budget while managing technical execution.
• Manage the full lifecycle of people leadership, from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluations and career development.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at the executive level.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, shared standards, and technical practices across teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America.
• Proven experience in delivery leadership, balancing execution health with business objectives.
• Strong strategic communication skills with the ability to lead conversations at the executive level.
• Experience in coaching and mentorship, with a focus on developing talent through deliberate feedback.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to design structured approaches to ambiguous, multi-team challenges.
