What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, high-performance frontend web applications for a global audience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirement refinement and implementation to testing and delivery.
• Optimize frontend performance, specifically focusing on loading times, rendering speed, and bundle efficiency.
• Implement strong automated test coverage and streamline CI/CD workflows to improve delivery predictability.
• Advocate for scalability, security, and observability across the platform's architecture and tooling.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 7+ years of frontend software development experience with strong expertise in modern frameworks at scale.
• At least 2+ years of experience specifically in a senior frontend development role.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Proficiency with Node.js and MongoDB for server-side functionality.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading frontend development for e-commerce, gaming, or monetization platforms.
