Salary: $156,400 - $227,424 USD (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Design and maintain shared frontend packages and application scaffolding used across multiple web applications.
• Develop real-time server-to-client data infrastructure to enable dynamic and responsive user experiences.
• Build developer tooling and observability infrastructure to increase engineering velocity and frontend reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate organizational needs into robust platform solutions.
• Lead large-scale architectural migrations, including library upgrades and state management transitions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support business-critical systems and drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• 3+ years of software engineering experience at a SaaS or tech company with a focus on modern frontend architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Webpack, including dependency management and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and maintaining shared libraries and platforms used by multiple teams.
• Proven track record of managing package ecosystems, including versioning and compatibility across apps.
• Expertise in debugging cross-app issues spanning build systems, runtime behavior, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro-frontend (MFE) architecture and module federation.
• Background in Developer Experience (DevEx) or internal tools development.
• Expertise with RTK Query cache architecture and strongly-typed API layers.
• Experience authoring custom ESLint rules or shared utility packages from scratch.
• Knowledge of Storybook infrastructure and CI integration.
