Staff Software Engineer (C++)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address pain points and optimize development workflows.
• Influence software engineering best practices across the organization.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Execute on multi-month development efforts through effective breakdown and planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping products at scale.
• 2+ years of professional experience with C++.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience collaborating on cross-team development efforts (3+ months in scope).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping Unreal Engine games.
• Experience building developer workflows.
