• Maintain and update cardholder information within the database.
• Calculate credit refunds and process account adjustments.
• Analyze and interpret reports to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and strategy teams to develop and implement new processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the credit card industry.
• Proven track record in investigating high-risk customer and merchant cases to prevent fraud.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada for on-site work.
