What you will do

• Collaborate with a global team to ensure accuracy of digital music releases delivered to major DSPs like Spotify and Apple Music.
• Review and validate metadata, audio files, and artwork to meet internal and platform-specific standards.
• Manage and resolve client content-related enquiries via ticketing systems while meeting strict SLAs.
• Lead the content evaluation process for new clients, providing guidance for successful distribution.
• Deliver effective support to clients and internal stakeholders as part of the Content Client Support function.
• Provide regional coverage and collaboration across EMEA markets to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam or London
• Proven experience in the music industry, specifically within content operations.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making with working knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments while managing multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace for workload organization and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
