What you will do

• Fix high-profile contributors and interviewees and set up outside broadcasts.
• Develop innovative editorial ideas for stories, guests, and features to differentiate the podcast.
• Produce reactive content and create short-form social media assets to drive audience growth.
• Coordinate with internal collaborators and project management teams to ensure effective promotion and marketing.
• Perform audio editing using Adobe Audition under tight deadlines and high pressure.
• Support the production of hirify.global's dedicated Formula 1 podcast, Up To Speed.

Requirements

• Experience producing a daily sports programme with deep knowledge of UK and international sports news.
• Proven track record in planning and guest booking.
• Proficiency with Adobe Audition and high creativity in audio content creation.
• Experience producing outside broadcasts and working in the field.
• Sound editorial judgment and knowledge of media law.
• Ability to work with high-profile talent in a breaking news environment with fast turnarounds.
