What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and perform system maintenance and deployments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain AI-powered tools and applications to support business workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Perform prompt engineering, testing, and optimization of AI models and workflows.
- Research emerging AI technologies and create technical documentation and SOPs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, cloud-based applications, and security best practices.
- Experience working with automation tools and business software integrations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or AI Operations.
- Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or AWS cloud environments.
