What you will do

• Plan and write high-bespoke proposal documents and pitch materials under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers to define creative approaches, select templates, and manage production schedules.
• Conduct research on clients and market contexts to tailor content for target consignments.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to collate, edit, and refine technical information.
• Mentor and edit the work of junior team members to ensure high quality.
• Maintain and improve resource libraries and base content for global proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional writing experience.
• Native written fluency in English essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly, including outside core hours, to meet business deadlines.
