What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end workflow of copy assets, ensuring efficient flow between internal creative and production departments.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, editors, and product marketing teams to ensure project deliverables are executed properly.
• Proofread copy and composites to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Write SEO copy for relevant pages and create alt text for images and web elements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between copy and cross-functional partners during the production phase.
• Define and improve best practices for the content handoff process in partnership with other teams.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience managing copy flow between creative and production departments.
• In-depth knowledge of all stages of the creative development process.
• Proven ability to collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with digital production workflow tools.
