What you will do

• Lead design strategy elaboration using methods such as design thinking, service blueprints, and design sprints.
• Oversee project discovery design activities, including preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Perform design audits and collaborate with presale teams to facilitate design-related business development.
• Translate research findings into engaging visual results and conceptual design solutions.
• Define "as-is" user experience states through market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews.
• Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, flowcharts, and design prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a related design role.
• Expertise in user-centered design (UCD) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Proven experience with UX research techniques including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to apply structured design audit frameworks and heuristic evaluations.
• Must be located in the United States.
