What you will do

• Set and maintain a coherent product vision across Policies, Continuous Security, and Provenance.
• Own the tribe’s roadmap and make prioritization decisions across three squads.
• Take direct ownership of one or more squads, managing their roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage and develop a PM, fostering their career growth and product leadership skills.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise engineering organizations and advise them on supply chain security.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine product positioning and external messaging.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role managing multi-squad areas.
• Must be based in Ireland, the UK, or the USA with full work authorization.
• Deep understanding of software delivery pipelines, dependency management, and artifact distribution.
• Proven track record of setting product vision and strategy in a technical domain.
• Experience managing or mentoring other product managers.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating complex technical problems into clear narratives.

• Experience working within distributed, remote-first engineering teams.
• Fluency in vulnerability management and supply chain integrity standards.
