Tax Director (Flowthrough)

Location: Hybrid (Must be located in or near Santa Monica or Irvine, CA)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide tax compliance and consulting for diverse flow-through clients in Real Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity.
• Manage multiple engagements to deliver high-quality products efficiently and timely.
• Develop and implement innovative financial planning ideas to exceed client expectations.
• Oversee complex tax research projects across various industries.
• Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to tax seniors and associates.
• Champion sustainable and digital-first workplace practices.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA or EA certified.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting within the Tax domain.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive expertise in flow-through and partnership taxation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in researching complex tax issues.
