What you will do

• Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with monetization priorities and company goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage a multi-level content team including Managers, Writers, and Editors.
• Oversee editorial high-quality and E-E-A-T standards across all brands and languages.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure content supports user experience and commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to identify new content opportunities.
• Conduct periodic audits of site performance and content effectiveness to adjust priorities based on ROI.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading content strategy and operations at scale.
• Strong background in digital publishing, content management, or iGaming content ecosystems.
• Proven experience in managing and developing content teams.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, Editorial strategy, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Fluent in English.
