Vice President (Privacy Compliance)

Focus on implementing privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR), designing control frameworks, and partnering with engineering teams to build privacy tools.

Location: Must work from the Dallas, TX office

What you will do

• Scale the firm's global privacy program and execute operational improvements.
• Manage cross-functional projects to implement privacy laws in collaboration with Legal, Engineering, and Risk teams.
• Design and implement privacy program governance frameworks and internal policies.
• Partner with Engineering teams to identify and design tools that support privacy compliance.
• Monitor and report the status of the privacy program to senior management.
• Drive accountability for privacy program components operated by the first line of defense.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• At least 7 years of work experience, including 5+ years in the Privacy or Data Protection domain.
• Demonstrated experience implementing privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GLBA, CAN-SPAM, PIPEDA, GDPR).
• CIPP Certification.
• Experience with OneTrust.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Dallas, TX office.
