What you will do

• Serve as a player/coach supervising a team of Portfolio Data Analysts across the US.
• Develop and maintain process controls and metrics to ensure quality standards.
• Manage onboarding, mentorship, and career development for team members.
• Collaborate with external financial data providers to integrate portfolio data into the platform.
• Write technical requirements for transforming raw data into functional platform content.
• Partner with engineering and product management to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in data analysis and product management within the finance domain.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects and development initiatives.
• Ability to define technical implementations, including data modeling and technical requirements documentation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, Excel, or VBA.
