EUX Engineer

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the customer's North Dublin office Monday-Friday

What you will do

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and required software for employees.
• Provide hands-on support for internal desk moves and equipment reconfiguration to ensure minimal disruption.
• Act as the first point of contact for end users, resolving hardware and software issues and escalating when necessary.
• Support the broader end-user computing environment, including printers, AV equipment, and desktop network connectivity.
• Manage workstation setups and provide proactive technical support to maintain a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an EUX or desktop support role within a professional environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with desktop operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral support.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite from the North Dublin office Monday-Friday.
