What you will do
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and required software for employees.
- Provide hands-on support for internal desk moves and equipment reconfiguration to ensure minimal disruption.
- Act as the first point of contact for end users, resolving hardware and software issues and escalating when necessary.
- Support the broader end-user computing environment, including printers, AV equipment, and desktop network connectivity.
- Manage workstation setups and provide proactive technical support to maintain a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an EUX or desktop support role within a professional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral support.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite from the North Dublin office Monday-Friday.
