What you will do

• Request quotes from vendors and provide formal estimates for products and services.
• Create and manage item and part numbers within the internal Foundry system.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering work instructions.
• Execute performance and benchmark testing to ensure system quality.
• Provide production support and assist with general engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Libertyville, Illinois.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
• 0-2 years of experience building and integrating computer components into systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of computer architecture and server hardware components.
• Experience in engineering change processes and risk management.
