Engineer II- Applications (USB/PCIe)

What you will do

• Develop application notes, data sheets, technical manuals, and other collateral for new product development.
• Develop and support evaluation platform PCBs for customer use.
• Create and deliver technical training, webinars, and hands-on workshops for customers, sales teams, and field application engineers.
• Provide direct technical support to sales, field application engineers, and strategic customers.
• Collaborate with Design, Product/Test, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Help identify new applications and market opportunities and contribute to new product definition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 2.5–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of electrical system design and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of embedded software and firmware design.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with USB, PCIe, Ethernet, and other communication protocols.
• Experience with technical presentations, direct customer support, and hardware or software troubleshooting.
• Fundamental knowledge of embedded assembly, C programming, microcontroller-based designs, and Linux distributions.
• Experience with basic electrical circuit design and laboratory equipment such as function generators, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
