Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

A new studio founded by industry veterans who co-created titles like "The Witcher 3" and "Cyberpunk 2077," focused on creating amazing virtual worlds.

What you will do

• Provide ongoing legal support in civil, commercial, and intellectual property law.
• Prepare, verify, and negotiate contracts from formal and legal perspectives.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures according to regulations.
• Identify legal risks and propose business-oriented solutions.
• Coordinate and review work delivered by external law firms.
• Handle general legal matters as they arise within the company.

Requirements

• Law degree in Polish law.
• 5+ years of experience in a standalone legal role.
• Solid knowledge of civil and commercial law and experience with IP licensing.
• Experience supporting management boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong contract negotiation skills for high-value commercial agreements.
• Very good command of English, including legal terminology.

Nice to have

• Experience in the video games, technology, or digital entertainment industry.
• Previous in-house legal experience.
• Experience with publishing, distribution, or platform agreements.
• Knowledge of M&A, investment, fundraising, or shareholder transactions.
• Experience with AI-related legal issues and technology regulation.
• Knowledge of labour law and personal data protection (GDPR).
