Salary: 149,000 – 179,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Monitor activities and transactions to determine if they are non-compliant or potentially suspicious.
• Investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Execute ad-hoc project work and contribute to Financial Crime program enhancements.
• Stay up to date on current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or KYC.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Snowflake and Excel.
• Experience with visualization software like Looker or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Professional experience within a financial services company.
• Industry certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CIA.
