What you will do

• Design and own an overarching social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Build and iterate on agentic AI-powered workflows to streamline content research, drafting, and performance monitoring.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality platform-native content (copy, video, images, stories, reels).
• Act as a brand representative on camera for short-form videos, demos, and thought leadership content.
• Analyze KPIs and success metrics to drive ongoing content optimization and strategic refinement.
• Collaborate with Brand, PMM, and Content teams to align social activity with product launches and cultural moments.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced B2B or tech environment.
• Proven track record of developing differentiated, channel-specific social strategies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep curiosity and experimental approach to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Descript.
• Confidence and ability to present ideas or narrate content on camera.
• Proficiency in SMM tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
