What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries and adjust journeys or invoices as needed.
- Monitor app usage to detect and investigate suspicious activities.
- Review fraud cases and take appropriate preventive actions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention and support processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Switzerland.
- At least two years of studies remaining.
- Fluent in German or French, plus English.
- Reliable, self-organized, and capable of independent work.
- Strong interest in technology, mobility, and digital products.
