What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries concerning billing, pricing, and account details.
• Manage and distribute internal cases to ensure rapid resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM and Case management systems.
• Build proactive relationships with private sector customers and suppliers.
• Provide operational support for various Customer Success team projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related degree.
• Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
• English: C1 level (excellent oral and written communication) required.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, or Latvian.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with precision.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with CRM and case management systems.
• Basic financial understanding for resolving billing issues.
