TL;DR
Customer Success Assistant (SaaS/Procurement): Handling customer inquiries regarding billing, price adjustments, and account information with an accent on creating seamless customer experiences. Focus on maintaining CRM data integrity, resolving internal cases, and supporting the Customer Success team in a scalable way.
Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark. Must have existing work authorization; no relocation support provided.

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning billing, pricing, and account details.
- Manage and distribute internal cases to ensure rapid resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM and Case management systems.
- Build proactive relationships with private sector customers and suppliers.
- Provide operational support for various Customer Success team projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related degree.
- Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
- English: C1 level (excellent oral and written communication) required.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, or Latvian.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with precision.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jira.
- Experience with CRM and case management systems.
- Basic financial understanding for resolving billing issues.
