IT Support Trainee

What you will do

• Assist with the setup and handling of IT equipment including monitors, docking stations, and wireless sets.
• Provide basic on-site IT support for employees at the Košice office.
• Offer remote technical support to employees as needed.
• Help resolve simple technical issues and hardware malfunctions.
• Provide administrative support at the local office as required.

Requirements

• Must be a university student (technical field preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT equipment such as PCs, monitors, and accessories.
• English: Communicative level required.
• Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Must be able to work on-site in Košice approximately once per week.
