What you will do

• Partner with Trust & Safety leadership to translate business priorities into measurable frameworks and performance strategies.
• Own and evolve KPI architecture and build custom dashboards in Zendesk Explore to monitor operational health.
• Optimize Zendesk workflows, automations, and triggers to improve operational efficiency and scale processes.
• Lead complex forecasting, capacity modeling, and multi-scenario planning to guide investment decisions.
• Conduct end-to-end deep dives into emerging risk trends, enforcement effectiveness, and platform vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to influence roadmaps through quantitative insights.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, BI, or Data Analytics.
• Expertise in Zendesk, including configuring workflows and utilizing Zendesk Explore for reporting.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience building complex models and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Significant experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or platform risk within fintech or marketplace environments.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
