Senior Manager, Direct Marketing - Stewardship and Engagement (Fundraising): Designing and leading integrated donor stewardship and relationship cultivation strategies for annual, recurring, and lapsed donors with an accent on retention, reactivation, and donor value. Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Canada and able to travel to the Toronto office 1-3 days/month.
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead donor stewardship and relationship strategies across annual, recurring, and lapsed segments to grow long-term value.
- Design and execute donor journeys aligned with motivations and lifecycle stages to improve retention and reactivation.
- Develop and test fundraising offer strategies grounded in donor insights and defined success measures.
- Partner with integrated campaign and giving leads to align stewardship with broader fundraising priorities.
- Utilize data and analytics to track success metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy optimizations.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team, providing direction on priorities and fostering professional growth.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive fundraising or donor engagement experience.
- Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience, including coaching and development.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strong experience in budget and project management within a complex, matrixed environment.
