What you will do

• Lead buyer acquisition across priority categories in Canada, devising campaigns and events to grow demand.
• Identify and execute PR and influencer opportunities within the local market.
• Develop and manage the social media strategy for target categories across multiple platforms.
• Build scalable resources and toolkits to help sellers effectively market their channels.
• Measure and iterate on the effectiveness of category marketing initiatives using KPIs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to fully own strategy and content.
• Creative thinking with aptitude for content creation and copywriting.
• Proven experience tracking KPIs and monitoring program success.
• Ability to work with limited guidance in a scrappy startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Figma, Creative Suite).
• Passion for creator communities or specific hirify.global product categories (collectibles, vintage clothing).
• Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
