Salary: €0 – €100K (Commission-based: 50% of margin per successful placement)

What you will do

  • Identify companies with a need for freelance, fractional, or project-based professionals.
  • Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team value proposition.
  • Build relationships with new clients and uncover specific hiring or project needs.
  • Convert identified opportunities into concrete freelance assignments.
  • Collaborate with the 10x network to ensure successful client–freelancer matches.
  • Grow the client base across the European market.

Requirements

  • Proven European experience in B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or consulting.
  • Existing network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelance or fractional experts.
  • Ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with comfort in a commission-only partnership.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
