What you will do

• Analyze and repair hirify.global systems at customer sites using system documentation and technical knowledge.
• Execute regular and irregular maintenance activities independently with limited supervision.
• Perform problem analysis, gather diagnostic information, and determine the best resolution approach.
• Coordinate with 2nd line support and document problem resolution through work orders and technical reports.
• Train customers in equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending procedure changes when needed.
• Identify and report gaps and improvement opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, data analysis tools, and presentation software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product functionality for main and sub-modules.
