Location: Must be based in Izmir, Turkey (On-site with 1 day remote per week).

What you will do

• Mentor the data team and foster a culture of data-informed problem-solving.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to analyze player behavior and monetization metrics.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to enable rapid, data-driven decisions.
• Conduct advanced analytics, including A/B testing, player segmentation, and trend exploration.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Provide specialized technical solutions for complex data issues.

Requirements

• Extensive professional expertise in data analytics, preferably in mobile gaming or high-scale digital products.
• Proficiency in SQL for efficient querying and large dataset preparation.
• Strong command of Python for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading cross-functional projects.
• Solid experience in designing, analyzing, and communicating A/B test results.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing complex analysis with diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-ops, game economy, churn analysis, or LTV modeling.
• Experience building automated reporting and analytics pipelines.
