What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify trends and industry challenges for event topics.
• Coordinate with chairs and speakers to curate conference agendas and presentation schedules.
• Manage event budgets, including forecasting and tracking profit and loss.
• Maintain event websites with up-to-date information on speakers and sessions.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure successful event promotion and execution.
• Oversee live streaming for virtual events and lead on-site delivery for physical conferences.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in any field.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand for on-site operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional online call etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and articulate clear objectives.
• Willingness to engage in international travel and face-to-face networking.
• Strong team collaboration skills combined with the initiative to work independently.
