What you will do

• Manage internal Slider factory teams to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with factory teams to resolve customer qualification issues.
• Develop Slider/HGA communications, notifications, and alert letters for downstream processes.
• Serve as the Slider/HGA Representative in RHG and Drive meetings.
• Participate in the Change Review Board (CRB) as an approval authority.
• Provide weekly product performance updates to the management team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Program, Product, or Process engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project or strategic operation management.
• Proven track record in supporting initial volume product ramp and sustainability.
• Deep understanding of the Slider through Drive process.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
