What you will do

• Develop the technical roadmap and implementation plan for hirify.global’s HR Tech transformation journey.
• Lead a team of SMEs in implementing, enhancing, and revamping Workday modules.
• Assess current functional configurations to reduce technical debt and shape application management governance.
• Define and drive OKRs aligned with HR Tech leadership and business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate goals.
• Explore and build hybrid solutions for emerging HR Tech use cases in collaboration with Technology teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in a Workday environment.
• Proven experience driving HR digital transformation across Workday, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of Scrum ceremonies and experience in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Workday SKUs including Journeys, Recruiting, Position Management, AI Agents, and Adaptive Planning.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
