What you will do
- Manage and resolve lead and follow US & International Casualty claims within the Lloyd’s and London insurance market.
- Make prompt and accurate claims decisions based on policy wordings and regulatory requirements using ECF2 and client platforms.
- Manage allocated claims to ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and delegated authority levels.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and regular client meetings.
- Control costs via proactive handling and strategic negotiation with external providers.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Casualty claims handling.
- Sound knowledge of the London & Lloyd’s Insurance and reinsurance Market.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with claims technology platforms.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Nice to have
- Cert CII qualification or currently studying towards it.
- Experience with ECF2 and delegated authority frameworks within a TPA environment.
